For a 4 wk supply i had to pay $200.00, very very expensive. I noticed if you heta the water up then mix it with the poweder then add it to ice, it taste pretty good. The vanilla one was not my fav, it tasted too chalky. I t didnt fill me up and I was still hungry afterwards.

Great Taste and it is convenient because it is in the easy to go box. But way too expensive.

At first it seemed very expensive. I bought the pre made ones looks like a juice box. There were so convenient, real filling and only 90 CALORIES. My dr recommends this pre and post op. The carnation I thought was horrible. I bought the vanilla & Choc. I am a vanilla person, but like the choc better. Well worth the money and they have low shipping costs.

I feel the chocolate is the best. Have added almond and pepermint extract to the chocolate for more variety. Use Crystal Light also in the vanilla, orange and strawberry shakes to enhance flavors. Much better when cold. Use lots of ice!

This really hasn't been as bad as I expected. As long as it's very cold it is fine. I also found that while they recommend you start with a min of 6-8oz of water 10oz worked best for me... it's a viscosity thing!!! Dutch Chocolate is the only flavor I use - the smell of vanilla powder gags me!!! I add extracts once in a while for a treat - raspberry has been my favorite!!

French Vanilla tastes like a frappacino if you put it in a blender with ice. Dutch Chocolate tastes like chocolate milk. Made me poop weird due to general lack of fiber. When buying def ask about ways to add fiber appropriately.

I started on the Medifast diet 2 weeks prior to my surgery. I was surprised to find that it wasnt as awful as I was expecting. The chocolate shakes and pudding was good, the banana pudding wasnt half bad. I didnt care for some of the other flavors, but I am still testing some out.

At first I didn't much care for the taste, but after playing around with flavors and adding some things I found them quite tasty. I often mix my chocolate and vanilla shakes with cold decaf coffee and ice and have a chilled iced coffee drink without the fat & calories. You can also add some Crystal Light, liquid food flavoring, fat-free/sugar free pudding to the mix and create all kinds of flavors. The soups and bars aren't bad either - it just takes some experimenting but I lost 20 pounds in the first week and then an average of 2 to 4 pounds per week after that. Helps to drink plenty of water in between supplements to stay satisfied.

Really tasts quite good! I am drinking it pre-op program, so can't speak yet to any post-op value. It goes down rather light, but is quite satisfying and tasty. Fun to play with flavorings in: I've used fresh mint leaves, caramel sugar-free flavoring, etc.
